The Lucky Ewe specialises in small batch hand dyed yarn and fleece. Studio is open by appointment.
We ship to Australia, New Zealand and the United States. We use Australia Post for all shipping, and all shipping is tracked.
We ship Monday - Friday via our local post office. Our local post office is a rural post office, outgoing shipments have to be lodged by 9:30 am. Any orders received are usually shipped next day. Friday and weekend orders are shipped on Mondays (public holidays excluded).
Shipping is calculated on check out. Should the charges seem outrageous, it's because there is usually a glitch in the system. Please contact us and we can work towards a solution. Any overcharges will be refunded within 2-3 business days.
Because we receive a large amount of stock, we re-purpose/re-use all packing material in order to reduce packaging going to landfill. We use AU Post mailers and boxes in order to reduce shipping costs.
