The Lucky Ewe specialises in small batch hand dyed yarn and fleece. Hand dyed update coming soon.
ITO Kinu is a 100 percent silk noil yarn, also called organic silk, as it is produced from the leftovers of spun filament silk. To make Kinu, differently coloured fibres are blended to produce a mélange effect. Kinu is an all-purpose silk yarn - it will work for all kinds of garments and accessories. Use it single-stranded, multi-stranded or held with another fibre, like Sensai’s silk / mohair blend.
Each 50g cone contains approx 425 m / 464 yds of yarn. It will suit needle sizes ranging from 2mm-3mm for single strands to 3.5mm to 4.5mm when held double.
