About the event

This pattern is designed to introduce colour work techniques.  This exclusive to The Lucky Ewe pattern (Southern Skies) uses two colours, and you will be introduced to different techniques and skill building. As we work through this original pattern, you will learn:

  • Stranded colour work using both your right and left hands
  • Carrying floats in the main colour and the contrast colour
  • Reading a chart for colour work knitting
  • Use of circular needles using magic loop technique
