Available as either hand dyed or au naturelle, this Finn/English Leicester cross (hogget) was grown in Northern Tasmania by Curly Wool Yarns. The wool was processed in Victoria before coming back to The Lucky Ewe. Sold in generous 115g braids.  As a long lustre wool, English Leicester are best for spinning up to knit or crochet a sturdy outdoor jumper, or to use in weaving or felting.  Crossing the English Leicester with Finn sheep results in a lovely long stapled wool, with a softer handle due to the Finn.
