6 Ply / Sport Weight

Sport Yarn - Heavier than a 4 ply / fingering weight and lighter than a 8 ply/ dk weight yarn, this yarn weight is the perfect in between weight yarn. In Australia, this would have been referred to as a baby yarn.

This yarn knits to about 6 stitches per inch and uses a metric 3 - 3.75mm/ U.S. 3-5 needle.
