Colour Confidence in Crochet

This one day course will give YOU the confidence to use colour your way.

Presented by Lena Zankl, MFA.  Lena has been teaching colour theory for many years, and in that time has developed a really simple set of exercises that make colour accessible and easy to understand. She is also a keen knitter!

This course is designed to demystify colour and how to use it.

In this course, you will learn how to easily read a colour wheel, how to mix and match colours, and how to be sure that your colours are really going to work.  You will learn how to work with neutrals (greys) and  vibrant colour, how to harmonise colour and how to make it zing!  You will work with pastels, jewel colours, earth tones and learn about contrast.

We all have our favourite (and not so favourite) colours, and these are usually the colours we go to when we are starting a new project. But what if you want to try something new, or match an existing colour? What if you love the pattern but not the colour used?  This course will help you to understand and have the knowledge to be able to achieve your goals.  You will have Colour Confidence.

What you learn here will  help you choose colours for your wardrobe, colour for your home and even your garden.  But most of all, you can use this course to help you design and love the colours of your next  crochet project.

All course material is provided for you, and  you will take home your own colour wheel, and notes to help you refer to your new knowledge when next choosing your yarn.
